Diverse group of adults including veterans in a supportive community setting

Who We Serve

Housing for Those Who Need It Most.

We open our doors to individuals who are working hard to rebuild — regardless of their past. If you need a safe place to land, we want to help.

Independent Adults Ready to Provide for Themselves.

Righteous Independent Living is designed exclusively for self-sufficient adults. Every resident must be able to independently cover their rent, manage their own daily needs, and sustain themselves without outside assistance. We are not a care facility or a support program — we are a housing community for capable adults who simply need a safe, stable, and affordable place to live while they build their future on their own terms.

We Welcome

Veterans Welcome

Veterans

We have deep respect for those who served our country. Veterans facing housing instability will find a safe, supportive home at Righteous Independent Living. We accept veterans benefits including VA, SSI, and SSDI.

Adults Experiencing Housing Instability

If you're currently unhoused or at risk, and you have the income and ability to independently sustain yourself, we can provide the stable foundation you need to get back on your feet.

Individuals in Transition

Adults transitioning from shelters or other circumstances are welcome — provided they are fully self-sufficient and ready to independently manage their own living situation.

Referrals Welcome

Community & Agency Referrals

We work with social service agencies, case managers, nonprofits, and community organizations. If you are referring a client, we welcome your outreach and will respond promptly.

Fixed & Limited Income Residents

Our rates are designed to be accessible for those on SSI, SSDI, veterans benefits, or other limited income sources. We work with you to find a solution that fits your situation.

Sober Environment

Adults in Recovery

We support individuals who are sober or actively in recovery. Our sober-living environment provides the structure and community needed to maintain sobriety and build a stable life.
